We, Shibata, Takeuchi, Okawa and Hirooka would be like to share 6 fascinating spots around Linimo station “Irigaike Koen” 😊 We share some place perfect for summer. Please enjoy until the end!
【YOKOYAMA FARM】
It took about 30 minutes from Irigaike Koen Station to Yokoyama Farm by walk. There are many slopes along the way, so be careful of heat stroke during the hot season.
Yokoyama Farm is a direct sales stores that sells tomatoes and melons, processed products using them (such as tomato jam and melon shortcakes), and vegetables produced by Wada Farm. You can also buy sweets such as gateau chocolate, cheesecake, peach and blueberry coconut butter sand. There is only one terrace seat, and there are no seats in the direct sales store, so it seems good to take out.
We tried melon gelato (330 yen). The taste was refreshing and we could taste the sweetness of the melon itself.
Yokoyama Farm has a restaurant where you can enjoy course meals using tomatoes and melons harvested at Yokoyama Farm during lunch and dinner.
【Cafe de lis blanc】
If you walk along Irigaike Park, you will see Cafe de Libran. It's like visiting to a corner of Paris.
They also sell cakes, teacakes, and accessories. so you can enjoy cakes and parfaits in the store.
There are 5 seats for 2 people and 2 seats for 4 people, and you can eat on the terrace. Cakes range from 500 yen to 800 yen, and there are cakes with various fruits on them.
The tart dough was crispy,
with the deliciousness that makes use of the sweetness of fruits, and the sweetness and size were just right, not enough to fill my stomach.
【Café Lussica】
We next visited Café Lussica. This, a snug little café, was full of people who have been having lunch. There were counter seat, table seat, and Japanese-style room, so you can enjoy meal with family. This time, there was a lot of people who enjoyed meal regardless of age or sex.
Menu seems to be changed depends on day. This time we were able to choose from 4 menus.
We enjoyed each one. The attractiveness of this café is “health-friendly meal”. All menus have many vegetables or rice with millet which are very health-friendly ingredients.
The café menu seems to be substantial, so it is nice to spend a leisurely time in the afternoon. We were disturbed, and we were allowed to make a reservation, but there was a 90-minute stay and a time limit. We think it was enough time to enjoy your meal, but you need to know it. In addition, the parking lot was about two cars. You may good to use public transportation.
【IMOM COFFEE ROASTERS】
It took 1 hours to take cafe in IMOM COFFEE ROASTERS after the lunch. We drunk cold drinks which use specialized coffee or tea. After we ordered and paid, we got our seats.
We could be relaxed because the cafe's space has high ceiling, plants, and seats are separated. The shop also has sweets, variety of drinks, and is able to some goods!
【Meito Art Museum】
It takes 10 minutes to visited Meito Art Museum from IMOM COFFEE ROASTERS by walk. The building has roofing tiles and a gorgeous garden. The garden is Karesansui which is a Japanese garden landscape representing hills and streams without the use of water. We paid admission fees and got tickets in the entrance. If you are a student, you hove to have a student card. We saw all of the exhibition for 20 minutes. If you have favorite one and want it, you are able to get some postcards, books, and files in the entrance!
【Tsukinonizi】
Finally, we visit “Tsukinonizi”. It is bagel specially shop and we can buy more than 20 kinds of bagels. The shop’s bagels are chewy and healthy. We bought popular “chocolate bagel”, “apple and cinnamon bagel”, etc.
On the far side of the shop, there are some tables filled with colorful flowers. These flowers that depict sea, starry night sky and so on were very beautiful and I felt this space were part of a fairy tale. I recommend you make a reservation because some seats cannot be used to keep social distance.
We ordered butterfly pea and three kinds of shaved ice(matcha/mango/orange). We could have a good time there!
